Presenting will be Clifford Engle, Chief of Solid Waste Management in Cecil County, MD. Mr. Engle holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Engineering with concentration in water & wastewater treatment and environmental pollution control. Following graduation, Cliff unknowingly began what has become a passionate career in the waste and recycling industry. For over 21 years he has held various environmental engineering, compliance and other related technical positions.
